Help with Homepage?

My Homepage changed to Anti-Spyware advertisements and I'm downloading the free trials but the Anti-Spyware Page still keeps popping up as my Homepage.. What do I do??

Go to the page you want to make your home page and at the top of the internet explorer choose Tools, internet options and in the first tab (general) press the use current button and then save.

That is the easiest way to make something your home page

Downloading shouldn't be changing your home page unless when you execute it, you tell it to use it as your homepage.

If you didn't, run a spyware detector program and an anti virus one to make sure your pc is clean, you may have picked up a virus.

Quit downloading anti-spyware softwares. Most of them actually contain spyware.

Start by downloading Adaware:

If that doesn't work try SpyBot:

if that doesn't work try HijackThis:

All of these are reputable anti-spyware softwares. If non of them solve the problem consider reformatting your PC.

Ok...dont download the free trials.....At the top of your browser go to Tools......Internet Properties....you then have the option to change your homepage.....type in the site you want to use and hit apply...then ok...!
